The assets of this business are valued at $1,000,000 (Cdn), inclusive of  furniture, fixtures & equipment, vehicles, goodwill, inventory and accounts receivable.

The transaction will be structured as a sale of shares with a price of approximately $730,000 with the final price adjusted to  reflect the balance sheet at the time of closing. An equity investment of approximately $335,000 is expected.  The present owner will assist during the transition period and will consider a longer term consulting arrangement.
